Swimming Victoria Membership Fees (2024-2025)*

Annual Competitor Fee - $165.68 

Recreational Member Fee (For swimmers 16 years and over to access training nights only) - $111.09

Dry Member - life members, guardian members (parents), non-swimmers and officials $15.46

*Fees paid via Swim Central incur GST and an additional 1.5% transaction fee

This is an annual registration fee charged by the governing body.  It covers the cost of insurance for swimmers, coaches and the club. Swimming Victoria, Swimming  Australia and Preston Reservoir Swimming Club also use the funds to provide resources to assist clubs  in policy development and training as well as provide various programs and support for swimmers,  particularly those that qualify for state and national championships.  This fee is applicable for each financial year period (1 July to 30 June) that a swimmer is registered with a club.  

The full fee will be liable again in July for the start of each new financial year. Regardless of what time of the year you become a member, there is no discount in fees.

Swimming Victoria Membership Fees Payment required by July

Members will be sent an email on the 1st July from Swimming Victoria with a renewal link. Click on link and follow the payment process to renew via credit card. The Club secretary has linked renewals for siblings so families can make one joint payment.

All Swimming Victoria Membership fees need to be paid before JULY to allow your swimmer to commence training in Term 3.

If all renewals can be processed within first week of receipt of email from Swimming Victoria this is much appreciated.

Any swimmer who has not paid for their membership feed by JULY will not be able to participate in Term  squads or any up coming competitions until fees are paid. 

New members need to complete a medical form and photo consent form.
